  • Original language description

    Results of experimental study of penicillinG hydrolysis in an electro-membrane reactor with immobilised penicillinacylase are presented. The enzyme was immobilized in polyacrylamide gel or granular enzyme preparation was used. Strong effects of intensityof electric current passing through reaction zone of the reactor on reaction rate were observed.
