Non-stationary operation of automobile monolithic catalytic converter with O2- and NOx-storage properties has been simulated by the developed spatially 1D mathematical model of monolith channel. Complex, partly non-stationary kinetics with surface deposition of reaction components has been used, including catalytic NO/NO2 reversible transformation.
