This article deals with fruits and vegetables distribution for boarding facilities. Its goal is to determine in what manner supply of fruits and vegetables for the facilities is performed, what these commodities are used mostly for, and what those facilities require from their suppliers. This research has been inspired by the fact that fruits and vegetables represent and integral part of proper nutrition, both in fresh and heat treated form, and therefore these items should not be missing in the daily menu of each individual.
