This paper is focused on the main decisions faced during the development of Dictyostelium discoideum. We described the positive and negative feedback of the cAMP signaling during development of slime mould to the multicellular stage. Our research was focused on influence of the cAMP additions in the extracellular space. We observed a new event, till now not described, and we named it as a "global wave". We also found that the time of the global wave appearance and its propagation velocity is dependent on the cAMP concentration in the extracellular space. The global wave also slows the development down. Effects of cAMP analogous compounds on the aggregation process and the whole development of Dictyostelium discoideum to the multicellular stage will beinvestigated.

Příspěvek je zaměřen na analýzu jevu zvaného globální vlna, který vzniká v populaci buněk Dictyostelium discoideum ovlivněné přítomností extracelulárního cAMP. Byla zjišťována doba vzniku a rychlost šíření této vlny v závislosti na koncentraci cAMP. Pomocí dalších experimentů bylo navrženo, že pozorovaná vlna je vlna cAMP, která odděluje cAMP senzitivní a nesenzitivní část buněčné populace.
