Original language description
We report a novel way to improve the recognition of highly hydrated sulfate anions. It is shown that polyaniline (PANI) layer deposited on the poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) membrane favors transport of highly hydrated anions due to more strong PANI hydration in their presence.
