We present our experiences with microsystems from polymer substrates. We have fabricated microstructures from several polymers, using various technologies. We have also tried to implement a microelectrode array into a microdevice. We are able to fabricate microelectrodes downto 20 micrometers wide. Nevertheless, some problems with mechanical stability of individual electrodes, as well as with measurements in so small scale, still remains
