Control of Turing patterns and thein usage as logic gates, memory arrays and sensors
Original language description
The study is focused on behavior of spatially inhomogeneous (Turing) patterns inside three coupled cells arranged in linear array. Every cell contains core model of glycolysis proposed by Moran and Goldbeter (1984), where supplied ATP is changed on phospofructokinase into the ADP and then the ADP is changed back into the ATP through unspecified enzyme from lower parts of glycolytic reaction network. First reaction is autocatalytic, while the second reaction works as negative feedback. Transport coefficients are set to be equal.
