Composite microparticles consisting of the thermo-responsive hydrogel PNIPAM (poly-N-isopropylacrylamide), silica and iron oxide nanoparticles have been prepared by Pickering emulsion polymerization. The studied parameter was concentration of iron oxidenanoparticles and its influence on the final size, shape and heating property of as prepared microparticles.
