The aim of this paper is to bring data of sulphite oxidation kinetics at pH}7 and stoichiometric excess of oxygen in order to allow development of a simple method for preparation of deoxygenated water with precise levels of dissolved oxygen concentration, while eliminating any residual sulphite.
