So fluently link between continual part and discontinual part (boiling house) of sugar refinery and particular operations in a boiling house were guaranteed it is desirable to keep optimal outputs of sugar solutions in all receivers. A suitable interference on the base a seasonable valuation of overall situation in a boiling house can to prevent critical states in receivers and currently to assure an equability of quality of products and interproducts. Problems of valuation in real- are discussed in this publication.
