Influence of Graphite Admixture on Properties of Polymeric Composites with low Flammability
Original language description
The influence of special admixture used in plastic industry, namely graphite, was studied in this work. Graphite was used as a part of retardant system in non-halogenous polymeric composites. The fl ammability, mechanical properties and melt rheology ofHFFR/polypropylene, HFFR/polyethylene and HFFR/EVA copolymer composites were studied. It was found out that a low-concentration admixture of graphite affects more or less all the observed properties.
