A note on the standard electron transfer potential at the interface between two immiscible electrolyte solutions

  • Original language description

This article presents a brief note on the standard electron transfer potential at the interface between two immiscible electrolyte solutions (ITIES) in relation to the standard electrolyte potentials for redix reactions at electrodes. Based on the available experimental data, the scale of the standard electrode potentials for several redox systems in 1,2-dichlorethane is established, which can be used to evaluate the equilibrium constants of the homogeneous electron transfer reactions.
