Capillary electrochromatographic study of the interactions of porphyrin derivatives with amino acids and oligopeptides.
Original language description
Open-tubular capillary electrochromatography (OT-CEC) was used to study the interactions of synthetic (metallo)porphyrin derivatives (immobilized by physical adsorption to the fused-silica capillary wall) with three aromatic amino acids (phenylalanine, tyrosine, tryptophan), three aliphatic amino acids (.beta.-alanine, proline, valine) and two oligopeptides (diglycine, triglycine).
