Ecdysteroid 7,9(11)-dien-6-ones as potential photoaffinity labels for ecdysteroid binding proteins.
Original language description
Ecdysteroid dienones were prepared from the corresponding 11-hydroxy ecdysteroids. Their biological activities in the Drosophila B II cell bioassay showed that they retaind high biological activities. Thus, they can be considered as photoaffinity analogues for ecdysteroid binding proteins.
