Synthetic peptides and multiple antigenic peptides derived from Schistosoma Mansoni glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase: immunogenicity, antigenicity and protective capacity.
Original language description
Six peptides derived from Schistosoma mansoni glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase primary sequence were selected based on lowest homology to human G3PDH [2] tested for immunogenicity, antigenicity and capacity to elicit protection against schistosomiasis in a monomeric and MAP form.
