Conformation and mobility of the hinge peptide, a parallel dimer H-Thr-Cys-Pro-Pro-Cys-Pro-Ala-Pro-OH, was studied by homo- and heteronuclear NMR, electronic and vibrational CD and molecular dynamics calculations. The peptide is considered a suitable general carrier of antigennic sequences.

Konformace a mobilita hinge peptidu - paralelního dimeru oktapeptidu H-Thr-Cys-Pro-Pro-Cys-Pro-Ala-Pro-OH - byla studována pomocí různých fyzikálně-chemických metod jako homo a heteronukleární NMR, elektronické a vibrační CD a výpočty molekulové dynamiky. Peptid je uvažován jako univerzální nosič antigenních sekvencí.
