Separation of organic compounds binding trace elements in seeds of Leuzea carthamoides (Willd.)DC
Original language description
The distribution of trace elements into important groups of compounds in seeds was investigated using a seven-step sequential extraction of seed biomass (solvents esed: petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, butanol, methanol, methanol+H2O, methanol+H2O+HCl. The dominant portions of cadmium (60.6% of total content), lead (41%), zinc (77.8%) and copper (33.9%) were found in the methanol + H2O + HCl fractions
Czech name
Separace organických sloučenin vázajících stopové prvky v semenech Leuzea carthamoides (Willd.) DC
Czech description
Distribuce stopových prvků do důležitých skupin sloučenin v semenech byla zkoumána s využitím 7 stupňové extrakce semenné biomasy (použitá rozpouštědla: petrolether, ethylacetát, butanol, methanol, methanol+voda, methanol+voda+HCI). Dominantní části Cd (60,6% celkového obsahu), Pb (41%), Zn (77,8%) a Cu (33,9%) byly nalezeny ve frakci methanol+voda+HCl
