Original language description

New oleanane type triterpenoids with the 5(6) double bond were prepared using partial demethylation on carbon C-4. They were further used for preparation of compounds with an epoxy or oxo group in ring B. The conformation of ring A was determined from vicinal J(H,H)?s.

Nové oleananové triterpenoidy s dvojnou vazbou v poloze 5(6) byly připraveny parciální demethylací na uhlíku C-4 a z nich získány látky s epoxidovou anebo oxoskupinou. Konformace kruhu A byla určena z vicinálních J(H,H).
