    High level correlated ab initio calculations were applied for study of interactions of tautomers of nucleic acid bases with sodium, magnesium and zinc cations. The interaction of Na+, Mg2+, and Zn2+ cations with cytosine in the gas phase does not inducethe change of the canonical form to the rare tautomeric form. In the case of isolated guanine, the equilibrium of the canonical form with rare tautomers can be found. For isolated adenine and thymine the presence of rare tautomers is highly probable.

    Pro popis interakcí tautomerů bází nukleových kyselin se sodným, hořečnatým a zinečnatým kationtem byly použity přesné kvantově chemické výpočty. Zatímco interakce těchto kationtů s cytosine neovlivňuje tautomerní rovnováhu a kanonická forma báze je nejstabilnější, u guaninu byla nalezeno rovnovážné zastoupení vice tautomerů. U thyminu a adeninu je nalezení netradičních tautomerů velmi pravděpodobné.
