Leading RNA tertiary interactions: Structures, energies, and water insertion of a-minor and P-interactions. A quantum chemical view
Original language description
The intrinsic structure and stability of the P-motif and the four basic types of A-minor interactions (types I, II, III, and 0) were characterized by QM and MD. These interactions represent the most prominent RNA tertiary interaction patterns refined inthe course of evolution.

Hlavní RNA terciární interakce: Struktura, energetika a inzerce v A-minor a P-interakcích. Kvantově chemický pohled
Czech description
Vnitřní struktura a stabilita P-motivů a čtyř základních A-minor interakcí (typ I, II, III, a 0) byly charakterizovány pomocí QM a MD. Tyto motivy představují významné terciární interakce zformované během evoluce.
