Platinum(II) complexes with steroidal esters of L-methionine and L-histidine: Synthesis, characterization and cytotoxic activity
Original language description
Twelve steroidal platinum(II) complexes were synthesized by reaction of potassium tetrachloroplatinate with steroidal esters of L-methionine and L-histidine. Cholesterol, cholestanol, diosgenine, pregnenolone, dehydroepiandrosterone, testosterone, estrone, and estradiol were used as the steroidal compounds.

Platinové komplexy se steroidními estery L-methioninu a L-histidinu: syntéza, charakterizace a cytotoxická aktivita
Czech description
Dvanáct steroidních platinových komplexů bylo syntetizováno reakcí tetrachloroplatnatanu draselného se steroidními estery L-methioninu a L-histidinu. Jako steroidní sloučeniny byly použity cholesterol, cholestanol, diosgenin, pregnenolon, dehydroepiandrosteron, testosteron, estron a estradiol.
