    Phosphorylation of 5-substituted NH-tetrazoles with dimethyl chloroacetylenephosphonate

  • Original language description

    The reaction of dimethyl chloroacetylenephosphonate with 5-substituted tetrazoles was investigated. The substitution of the chlorine atom followed by the addition of the second molecule of NH-tetrazole results in the formation of an inseparable mixture of three isomers containing tetrazol-1(2)-yl fragments. The structures of compounds obtained were confirmed by NMR-spectroscopy.
