Original language name
Enzymatic synthesis of complex glycosaminotrioses and study of their molecular recognition by hevein domains
Original language description
The trisaccharides GlcNAc-beta(1-4)-GlcNAc-beta(1-4)ManNAc (1) and GalNAc-beta(1-4)-GlcNAc-beta(1-4)ManNAc (2) were synthetised using beta-N-acetylhexosaminidase from Aspergillus oryzae. NMR and molecular modelling proved that both compounds are recognised by protein hevein, similarly to chitotriose (3). The association constants decrease in order 3, 1, 2.

Czech description
Pomocí beta-N-acatylhexosaminidázy z Aspergillus oryzae byly syntetizovány trisacharidy GlcNAc-beta(1-4)-GlcNAc-beta(1-4)ManNAc (1) a GalNAc-beta(1-4)-GlcNAc-beta(1-4)ManNAc (2). Jejich vazba na protein hevein byla spolu s chitobiosou (3) prokázána NMR amolekulárním modelováním. Asociační konstanty klesají v pořadí 3, 1, 2.
