Czech description

Přirozeně se vyskytující plasmid pRK2 v linii kmenů produkujících penicilin-G-acylázu byl klasifikován jako plasmid typu ColE1. Do tohoto plasmidu byl vnesen markerový gen kodující rezistenci ke spektinomycinu a u tohoto konstruktu byla sledována segregační stabilita a jeho plasmidové číslo v hostiteli E. coli DH5
