Development of gamadelta thymocyte subsets during prenatal and postnatal ontogeny

  • Original language description

Twelve subpopulations of porcine thymocytes were described. The presented data suggest that thymocytes can be divided into two major families: (a) one large family of CD4? thymocytes that could be further subdivided according to the CD2/CD8 phenotype and(b) a small family of CD4+ thymocytes bearing CD8 and possessing unique features. Family of CD4? thymocytes give rise to all T cells that can be find in the periphery

Vývoj subpopulací gamadelta thymocytů během prenatální a postnatální ontogeneze
