We report on these interrelations on models with a deficiency in one of these systems. Congenitally athymic nu/nu mice (BALB/c origin) were used as an immunodeficient model and compared with their healthy controls (BALB/c mice) and with a neurodeficientmodel ?Lurcher mice (C3H origin) with spontaneous congenital olivopontocerebellar degeneration

Czech description

Myši Lurcher ses spontánní degenerací olivopontocerebelární části CNS a nu/nu myši s kongenitální absencí thymu vykazují změny v histoarchitektuře adrenální žlázy, střeva a imunokompetentních orgánů (thymu, lymfatických uzlinách a slezině). Rovněž byly dokumentovány změny v relativním zastoupení lymfoidních subpopulací a proliferační aktivitě lymfoidních buněk ve slezině a lymfatických uzlinách. Tyto výsledky svědčí o vzájemných regulačních vztazích mezi CNS, endokrinním systémeme a imunitním systémem.Narušení intergrity nebo degenerace některého z těchto systémů vede k podstatným změnám v ostatních systémech
