Modulation of activity of NKP-P1A and NKR-P1B receptors on NK cells by comblike glycodendrimers
Original language description
The binding of synthetic comb-like dendrimers with different number of Tn antigen molecules on each branch to NKR-P1A and NKR-P1B recombinant receptors was evaluated. A leading compound selectively interacting with NKR-P1B (inhibitory) receptor was identified. The ability of these compounds to modulate natural killing was then tested in cytotoxic assays on NK sensitive (YAC-1) and NK resistant (RAJI) cell lines, and the inhibitory effect of the leading compound was confirmed.
Czech name
Modulation of activity of NKR-P1A and NKR-P1B receptors on NK cells by comblike glycodendrimers / Modulace aktivity NKR-P1A a NKR-P1B receptorů NK buněk comblike dendrimery
Czech description
Vazba syntetických combike dendrimerů, nesoucích různý počet kopií Tn antigenu, na NKR-P1A a NKR-P1B rekombinantní receptory byla vyhodnocena. Molekula selektivně interagující s NKRP1B (inhibičním) receptorem byla identifikována. Schopnost těchto látek modulovat zabiječskou schopnost NK buněk byla vyhodnocena pomocí testů cytotoxicity na NK senzitivních (YAC-) a NK rezistentních (RAJI) buněčných liniích.
