Spiked potentials and quantum toboggans

Result description

Even if the motion of a quantum (quasi-)particle proceeds along a left-right-symmetric (PT-symmetric) curved path C not equal R in complex plane C, the spectrum of bound states may remain physical (i.e., real and bounded below). A generalization is outlined. First, we show how the topologically less trivial (tobogganic) contours C may be allowed to live on several sheets of a Riemann surface. Second, the specification of a scattering regime is formulated for such a class of models.

    Je známo že vázané stavy mohou existovat i pro částici pohybující se po křivce v komplexní rovivě.V práci je navrženo zobecnění takového modelu na pohyb po křivkách po složitějších Riemannových plochách.Rovněž pak je protakové modely zobecněna a zformulována rozptylová úloha.
