Radiation hardness properties of full-3D active edge silicon sensors

  • Original language description

Full-three-dimensional (3D) pixel sensors fabricated at the Stanford Nanofabrication Facility were irradiated with neutrons to different doses. The effects of irradiation were studied with respect to their use in the experiment ATLAS at LHC.

Radiační odolnost plně-3D křemíkových senzorů s aktivním povrchem

  • Czech description

Zcela třídimenzionální (3D) pixelové detektory připravené ve Stanfordském zařízení pro nanovýrobu byly ozářeny různými dávkami neutronů. Vlivy ozáření byly studovány s ohledem na vyžití senzorů v expeimentu ATLAS na LHC.
