Original language description
Recent calculations of anti-K nuclear quasi-bound states are reviewed. We focus on the role played by energy dependendence of the anti-KN interactions constructed within chirally motivated coupled channel models that capture the physics of the Lambda(1405) resonance. First, we discuss three-body and four-body systems and compare binding energies and widths of kaonic nuclear quasi-bound states calculated using chiral and phenomenological anti-KN interactions. Then, we use in-medium anti-KN scattering amplitudes developed within chirally-based models to construct anti-K nuclear potentials for calculations of anti-K nuclear states in many-body systems. We demonstrate that correct self-consistent treatment of the strong energy dependence of the scattering amplitudes is crucial.
