Structure and in vitro antifungal activity of [2,6-bis(dimethylaminomethyl)phenyl] diphenyltin(IV) compounds.
Original language description
A set of seven [2,6-bis(dimethylaminomethyl)phenyl]diphenyltin(IV) ({[(CH.sub.3./sub.)(2)NCH.sub.2./sub.](2)(C.sub.6./sub.H.sub.3./sub.)} (C.sub.6./sub.H.sub.5./sub.)(2)Sn+X-) ionic organotin(IV) compounds (X = Br, NO.sub.3./sub., CN, SCN, SeCN, BF..sub.4./sub. and PF.sub.6./sub.) has been prepared and characterized by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, H-1 NMR spectroscopy in CDCl.sub.3./sub., .sup.119./sup.Sn NMR in CDCl.sub.3./sub. and DMSO-d(6) solution, as well as by C-13 and Sn-119 CP/MASNMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction techniques in the solid state.
