Cationic graft copolymers as carriers for delivery of antisense-oligonucleotides.
Original language description
The effect of chemical composition of high-molecular-weight poly(L-lysine) cationic graft copolymers with short poly[N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide] grafts on formation and stability of polyelectrolyte complexes with oligonucleotides and model oligomers was tested by light scattering methods as a novel synthetic vector suitable for gene therapy applications. Polyanion exchange reactions were also studied under physiological conditions.
