    Poly(ethylene glycol)-doxorubicin conjugates with pH-controlled activation

  • Original language description

The synthesis and physico-chemical characterization of a biodegradable multiblock polymer drug carrier based on poly(ethylene glycol) is described. Antibody-polymer-drug conjugates were also prepared and characterized. All polymers studied showed high anti-proliferative activity against various cancer cell lines in vitro. The polymer-doxorubicin conjugate exhibited a significant anti-tumour efficacy against murine EL4 T-cell lymphoma and human colorectal carcinoma SW620 in vivo.

    Konjugáty poly(ethylenglykolu) a doxorubicinu s pH-řízenou aktivací

  • Czech description

Multiblokový biodegradovatelný polymerní nosič léčiv na bázi poly(ethylenglykolu) byl syntetizován a charakterizován. Dále byly připraveny a charakterizovány konjugáty polymeru s protilátkou a léčivem. Všechny studované polymery vykazovaly vysokou antiproliferační aktivitu vůči různým liniím rakovinných buněk in vitro. Byla pozorována významná protinádorová účinnost konjugátu polymeru s doxorubicinem proti T-buněčnému myšímu lymfomu EL4 a proti kolorektálnímu karcinomu SW620 in vivo.
