    A strong influence of Ag atoms doped into the Ab2Te3 single crystals, mainly on thermal conductivity was observed during the study of their transport properties. From the analysis of the lattice thermal conductivity was proposed most probable way of their incorporation into Sb2Te3 crystal lattice.
