Nitroxide-terminated 2-vinylpyridine (2VP) - acrylonitrile (AN) copolymer precursors were synthesized, which initiated polymerization of styrene (S) giving poly(2VP-co-AN)-block-polyS diblock copolymers. Also the 2VP-AN copolymerization in the presence of a TEMPO-terminated polystyrene afforded diblock copolymers comprising blocks of polyS and poly(2VP-co-AN)

Czech description
Byly syntetizovány kopolymery 2-vinylpyridinu (2VP) s akrylonitrilem (AN), terminované nitroxidem, které iniciovaly polymerizaci styrenu (S) za vzniku diblokových kopolymerů poly(2VP-co-AN)-blok-polyS. Rovněž 2VP-AN kopolymerizace v přítomnosti TEMPO-terminovaného polystyrenu poskytla diblokové kopolymery, sestávající z bloků polyS a poly(2VP-co-AN).
