    New electroluminescent cationic polyelectrolyte 3 based on poly[(fluorene-2,7-vinylene)-alt-(1,4-phenylenevinylene)] and its polymer precursor 2 were synthesized. Photophysical and electrochemical properties of the resulting polymers were investigated. An intensive green photoluminescence (PL) with maxima at 550 nm and 545 nm was observed from thin films of 2 and 3 polymers, respectively, red-shifted compared with the PL emission spectra measured in solution. Light-emitting devices were prepared and studied. LEDs emitted green light and their spectra were similar to PL spectra of thin films.

    Byl syntetizován nový elektroluminiscenční kationtový polyelektrolyt 3 na bázi poly[(fluoren-2,7-vinylen)-alt-(1,4-phenylenevinylenu)] a jeho polymerní prekurzor 2. Byly studovány jejich fotofyzikální a elektrochemické vlastnosti. Tenké filmy polymerů 2a 3 vykazovaly intenzivní zelenou fotoluminiscenci (PL) s maximy u 550 nm a 545 nm, která byla ve srovnání s PL maximy roztoků posunuta k delším vlnovým délkám. Byly připraveny a studovány elektroluminiscenční diody (LED), které emitovaly zelené světlo.Jejich spektra byla podobná PL spektrům tenkých vrstev.
