    Chalkogenide films were prepared using a thermal evaporation while polymer films were deposited using spin-coating technique. The film thickness, d=165nm for Ge25Se75 (n=2.35) and d=250nm for polymer film (n=1.53), were calculated to center the reflection band round 150nm, whose wavelengths are used in telecommunication. Optical properties of prepared multilayer stacks were determined in the range 400-2200nm using spectral elipsometry, optical transmission and reflection measurements.

    Chalkogenidová vrstvy byly připraveny vakuovým napařováním a vrstvy polymeru technikou spin-coating. Tloušťky vrstev d=165nm for Ge25Se75 (n=2.35) and d=250nm for vrstvu polymeru (n=1.53)m byly vypočteny ve středu reflexního pásu okolo 150nm, což je vlnová délka používaná v telekomunikaci. Optické vlastnosti připravených multivrstev byly určeny v rozsahu 400-2200nm spektrální elipsometrií a měřením optické propustnosti a reflektivity.
