In-situ ATR-FTIR and AFM studies on poly(etyhleneimine)/poly(acrylic acid) multilayers: dependence on medium parameters and protein selectivity
Original language description
Selective protein adsorption from lysozyme and concanavalin A solution onto alternating poly(etyhleneimine)/poly(acrylic acid) multilayers was observed in-situ by IR reflection spectroscopy ATR-FTIR. Adsorption was dependent on the outermost polyelectrolyte layer type and pH of the solution. Morphology of the multilayers with adsorbed proteins was studied by AFM.
Czech name
In-situ ATR-FTIR a AFM studie multivrstev poly(etylenimin)/poly(akrylová kyselina): Závislost na parametrech prostředí a selektivita k proteinům
