Entrainment of ambient air and development of plasma flow properties along the jet were studied for thermal plasma jet generated by hybrid plasma torch with water-argon stabilization of arc.Two main diagnostic methods, enthalpy probe and emission spectroscopy, were used.Effect of mass flow rate of plasma at the nozzle exit was studied.
