Original language description
The main aims of the study were to explore the frequency of missed nursing care (MNC) among Czech hospital nurses, and to find the relationship between nurse’s job satisfaction and MNC. The sample consisted of 513 nurses from 9 hospitals in the Czech Republic. Data were collected in January–August 2019 using the standardized MISSCARE Survey questionnaire, complemented with items assessing nurse’s job satisfaction and demographic data
