Original language description
Every country have investigated in ICT in the educational sector, based on the strong belief that the realm of ICT goes far beyond the immediate business and industry applications - how schools, teachers, and learners can benefit from the use of ICT in education and as motivation for changes. Paper presents some results from the research in the Nordic countries to compare with the Czech situation. The last part of paper is devoted to the new developing e-learning theory that has the same features as ourtheory published in 2003.
