Original language description
Paper deals with individualization learning of pupil in technology supported environment. The learning key competence of pupil is in the Framework Educational Programs for different types of schools in the Czech Republic. But results of pupil?s learningare lower and lower in the PISA testing. Information and communication technology can improve learning process of pupil on the base of Technical Pedagogical Content Knowledge. The subject matter has to be given to pupil by appropriate ways that respect individuality of pupil and many the other things. The first step is testing of pupil on his/her type of multiple intelligences and learning programme constructed on the base of prevailing type of intelligence afterwards. Research was carried out on testing pupils from 13 to 19 years from the point of multiple intelligence type.
