Transactional models in domain-specific ontologies
Original language description
The paper proposes a new transaction model for domain-specific ontologies to perform a value oriented business process modelling based on the common economic-based ontologies such as Resources Events Agents (REA) enterprise ontology. The transaction model is proposed and formalized by the Petri Net theory. First part of the paper introduces common business processes and analyses general transactional model approaches in business processes. Second part defines the transactional model with respect to theREA enterprise ontology and defines the transaction model states. The model itself is defined and visualized by the Petri Net modelling tool. Third part shows practical example of the proposed transaction model. Last part of the paper concludes results and discusses a practical usability of the proposed transaction model.
