Use of Concept Maps in eLearning Course
Original language description
The paper describes the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of an eLearning course of internet marketing. The concept maps were used in the course for easier understanding of extensive and complex issues of internet marketing. Their use allowed not only a representation of different areas and features of internet marketing but especially the links between them. The Kirkpatrick's four levels model was used to evaluate the course. Course participants expressed a very positive opinion especially in terms of the use of the concept maps. The conducted survey proved, that the concept maps were a great help in understanding the complex structure of internet marketing.
