The influence of inaccuracies of soil characteristics on the internal forces in the retaining wall
Original language description
The paper presents the sensitivity analysis of influence of inaccuracies related to strength and deformational soil characteristics on the magnitude of shear forces and bending moments in the retaining wall. The sensitivity analysis is based on the following steps: parametric study (based on the method of dependent earth pressure) to the determination of response surfaces corresponding to shear forces and bending moments in the structure, application of gradient method to the evaluation of global and local sensitivity coefficients, formulation of conclusions related to the influence of input parameters inaccuracies.
