Original language description
This paper is aimed to better understanding of deflagration and explosion characteristics of methane gas system explosion on masonry structures. Furthermore, the contribution deals with experimental analysis of masonry with a width of 65 mm in the experimental gallery VVUU Radvanice in Stramberk and, following the experimental results, it also concerns with theoretic analysis of masonry. Within dynamic analysis, testing masonry partition walls were subjected to measured pressure obtained from explosion of methane-air mixture behind the analysed wall in the experimental gallery. Results of calculations of masonry response in deflections were compared to measured values of the structure response.
