Original language description
The contribution concerns construction of optimal blank for intricate shape stampings. Three methods of determining of shape and size of blank - the method according to the Czech State Standards, the method of sections and the graphical method, using themaximum shear stress trajectories - are discussed. The results of drawing of selected stamping of intricate shape from three variants of blanks have shown, that the blank, determined by method, using the M.S.S.T., is the optimal solution. Using of this blank shape is one of the principal assumption of removing of the rejection.
