    The paper presents a possible use the service robots in building with a view to demolition, destruction, renewal and diagnostic buildings. From this point of view a basic division of these robots is carried out and a possibility of basic practical application is shown. A more detailed attention in paid to the design of construction wheel chassis use for technology in renewal and diagnostic buildings area. The manipulator change in frame chassis we can attain of him universal use for some different of technology.
