The paper presents a possible use the chassis of service robots with application for destruction, renewal and diagnostic buildings. From this point of view a basic division of these chassis for service robots is carried out and a possibility of basic practical application is shown. A more detailed attention in paid to the design of construction wheel chassis use for technology in destruction, renewal and diagnostic buildings area. The manipulator change on frame chassis we can attain of him universal use for some different of technology.
