Superhard Materials in Milling. Geometrical Surface Structure of Machine Parts
Original language description
Non-metal materials on the base of diamond and CBD in cutting process are called Super hard materials. It is possible to replace grinding, (which is not convenient from the point of view of energy, ecology and last, but not least quality) by milling withcomposite cutters. The productivity of cutting with defined cutting geometry should be increased by selection of convenient cutting conditions recommended by manufacturer and determinated more precise by short-term tests of machine ability and cutting properties.
